Cape Crusade 2024

Cape Crusade is the Elgin Valley's premium Multy Day Trail Run. Traverse the beautifully rugged Hottentots Holland Mountain Range over 3 days of Single Track bliss! The race is fully supported and the entry fee includes Luxury Tented Accommodation as well as 5 Star Meals. There are 2 distance options: Cape Crusade - 20 Km per day Cape Cruise - 10 Km per day Day 1: Oak Valley to Grabouw Country Club. Day 2: Grabouw Country Club Loop. Day 3: Grabouw Country Club to Knorhoek Somerset West. Participants will be picked up in Knorhoek Somerset West on the morning of Friday the 3rd of May and transported to the start at The Elgin Railway Market. Safe parking will be provided at Knorhoek for the whole weekend. The 3 days' routes are an epic mix of mountain trails, jeep track and amazing single track, that are equally challenging as well as rewarding. The race is run in the popular 2 man team format with Open Men, Open Women and Open Mixed catagories. Entries open 1 June 2023 and include 3 days of incredible trail running, transport from Knorhoek to Vyeboom, fully stocked waterpoints, luxury tented accommodation, all delicious meals at Grabouw Country Club and an awesome event top.
