Race Description
Chapman's Peak Half Marathon is a stunning run along Chapman's Peak Drive to Noordhoek and back to Hout Bay. Runners get to enjoy a run along the Atlantic Coast between Hout Bay and Noordhoek in the Cape Peninsula which is one of the most spectacular marine drives in the world.
Start Venue: Hout Bay Beach - Velocity Gym - Chapman's Peak Drive side

An admin fee of R35 will be levied for late entries

SUBSTITUTION / DEFER:
You can substitute the same entry type to another runner for a substitution fee of R35.00 before Race Day.
You can defer your registration to 2024 before Registration closes (31st August) less an admin fee.

MEDALS: Medals will be awarded to all finishers within cut-off times
PRIZE-GIVING: Scheduled to start at 09h15
LUCKY DRAWS: Lucky draws will be held
TOG BAG: Tog bag facilities will be available, used at own risk
REFRESHMENTS: Refreshments will be on sale at the event
MUSIC: The use of music players with headphones or 'buds' is not allowed and may result in disqualification
NOTE: Chapmans Peak Drive will be closed to traffic. The use of Chapmans Peak Drive is at your own risk. Please note there is the possibility of rock falls and the danger associated therewith.
WATER: Runners are encouraged to bring their own reusable cup or reusable bottle or hydration pack that can be refilled at each Aid station
PARKING:
Please note there is limited parking space at the finish (Kronendal Primary School). We strongly encourage you to car share and to arrive early to find a parking between the start and the finish.
Participants are requested not to park in any residential parking bays near any apartments. Any illegally parked vehicles will be clamped, fined or towed by the Traffic Department.

Underground parking at Mainstream Mall
Baviaanskloof Road (Hout Bay Scouts)
Main Road
NO PARKING in Andrews Road at the Finish by Kronendal Primary School.
