Where empowerment and athleticism come together and the streets of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban resemble a Sea of Pink in celebration of Womens Month! The Totalsports Womens Race creates an unforgettable experience for women of all ages and backgrounds. As we lace up our running shoes and hit the pavement, we embark on a journey that transcends mere competition, celebrating the strength, resilience, and camaraderie that define the essence of womanhood. The month of August will see close to 27 000 runners and walkers join forces in solidarity to celebrate National Womens Month at the iconic Totalsports Womens Race! Celebrating all women mothers, daughters, sisters and aunts, the Totalsports Womens Race launched in the Western Cape in 2001. In 2007 the event expanded to Johannesburg, before heading to Durban in 2011 making it SAs largest Nationwide Womens Day Celebration.
