Race Day Information MEDALS: Medals will be awarded to all finishers within cut-off times PRIZE-GIVING: Scheduled to start at 09h00 TOG BAG: Tog bag facilities will be available, used at own risk WALKERS: Walkers are welcome MUSIC: The use of music players with headphones or 'buds' is not allowed and may result in disqualification HYDRATION: This is a carry-your-own water event. There will be four water refill stations, two of which will have coke on the route and Coca-Cola and water at the finish area of the event. There will be NO water sachets
