Run The Vines Series 2023 Race #1

On the 21st of January 2023 we will host our 1st event on the Run The Vines calendar for the 2023 Series at the majestic Italian Farm called Ayama, situated just outside Paarl on the foothills of the Paardeberg mountain. With new sponsors involved such as First Ascent and 32Gi, the 2023 series promises to be as fun filled and challenging as always. Run The Vines is a Trail Run series for the whole family. Young and old can enter and it is suitable for all fitness levels. Walkers are welcome on the 3km, 5km and 10km distances. Please do not walk the 17km distance.
